     This is S&S Homes, Inc., a Residential General Contractor based out of Lincoln, Nebraska. Originally from Columbus, Nebraska, I have worked in the housing industry for nearly 10 years. As the owner, I started S&S Homes, Inc. at age 21 and have been in business for 5 years. S&S Homes, Inc. started out as a Framing Company, but it wasn't long before I had to take this to the next step. I wanted to be a part of one of the biggest decisions of your life! I wanted to build your Dream Home!! The structure is one of the most important aspects of your home and with my experience as a framer, I know exactly how I want a house to come together, and with my network of sub-contractors you get the same quality home time after time. What We Do

     As mentioned before we are a Residential General Contractor. Not only are we capable of designing, constructing, and managing your new home, our team of Interior Designers and Realtors, will assist you from start to finish. Our designers can assist you with something as small as furniture layout and cabinet knobs, to something as big as color schemes and material selections. Our Realtors can help find the lot that fits all of your needs and sell your existing home if need be.
     Although most of our business comes from New Construction, we also do basement finishes, additions, decks, and anything else we can do for you to develop another relationship.
